Island Hill Farm features a charming studio space perfect for hosting meetings or gatherings. Flory has recently updated her teaching area and studio to accommodate groups of up to 10 individuals. For larger groups, up to 30 people, please reach out to [email protected] prior to booking.

Perched above the rabbit room in her vintage 1973 barn, the studio rental offers a scenic view of Charlottetown, providing a backdrop where guests can watch the goats below, convene with colleagues, conduct a class or workshop, or unwind to the soothing sounds of farm life.

Please note that children's birthday parties are not being scheduled in this space. For such events, Jelly Bean Lane in the Dairy Barn is the designated area. The Studio Rental Space is exclusively for service animals; no other animals are permitted.

Pricing (Admissions to visit the animals prior to or following your booking is included in the rental rate):
$150+hst for 3 hours and up to 10 people
$300+hst for full day and up to 10 people - Lunch to be ordered from Flory's Cafe (or partnered business)
$500+hst for the whole day (11 to 30 people) - Lunch to be ordered from Flory's Cafe (or partnered business)

Coffee & Sweets can be pre-ordered.
