Fiber Crafting Workshops with Amanda at Red Island Fibre
Join Amanda from Red Island Fibre for captivating workshops on fiber cleaning, spinning, and dyeing techniques throughout the summer. During the summer these sessions are held on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at Island Hill Farm. For demonstrations during other seasons, please get in touch with us.
Additionally, every Thursday evening during the summer, Amanda hosts "Wool Gatherings" from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Island Hill Farm. Bring your wool and needles to work on projects in the company of fellow enthusiasts. This complimentary event is held regardless of the weather.
Amanda's wool is also available for purchase in our shoppe, made from the fibre of our Alpacas and Sheep.
