Enjoy a special moment with your child this Mother's Day and join us here at Island Hill Farm!
You'll meet here on Mother's Day, May 14th at 10:30am - pick a ceramic planter with your child - plant a beautiful plant from VanKampen's Greenhouses - enjoy an ice cream and take in the scenery of the picturesque rolling fields surrounding Island Hill Farm.
For an additional fee, a second planter and plant can be provided, and a visit to the farm can be paid on site that day at a cost of only $5+HST per person who attended the Mother's Day Event.
