At IHF, we take great pride in our donair meat!
Using our very own top quality lean ground goat meat, we cook small batches at a time, adding in our own special mix of 7 different spices/seasonings!
When we add the seasoning mixture, it is blended in by hand and mixed for a total of 10 minutes, so that it is completely incorporated into the meat, and makes sure that all portions have the equal amount of great flavoring.
It is then slow cooked for 2 hrs and 15 minutes at 300 degrees, and once cooled, the meat is hand sliced and vacuum sealed into roughly 200 gram bags, for added freshness!
